After booking, you will automatically receive an intake form and waiver, along with a link to complete a virtual Good Faith Exam (GFE) with one of our providers to ensure IV therapy is appropriate for you. Both the intake form and GFE are required annually.
At your appointment, a Registered Nurse will arrive at your location, review your medical information, and administer IV therapy. Recommendations are made based on your symptoms and wellness goals to provide a personalized experience.
Typically our appointments take 45-60 minutes for IV vitamin drips.
Yes! Texas law requires first-time clients to complete a quick virtual Good Faith Exam with one of our nurse practitioners before their first IV treatment. Don’t worry—this exam is included with your IV session, there are no additional fees.
We totally get it if plans change. Just be sure to let us know at least an hour before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel or change the location within one hour, there may be a $75 cancellation fee.
We do not charge travel fees within Austin city limits. A travel fee may apply outside of Austin. Please contact our team for more details.
We want you to be as comfortable as possible during your IV therapy experience. It’s perfectly fine to eat and drink fluids beforehand. When our nurse arrives, simply find a comfortable spot to relax, whether it’s on your couch, at your desk, or anywhere that feels right for you. We’ll take care of the rest!
All IV therapy drips are administered by Registered Nurses (RNs) under the supervision of our Medical Director, an MD.

Many of our clients with a fear of needles find that the anticipation is often worse than the actual experience of receiving the IV.
No severe side effects are expected following an IV infusion. There may be minor bruising at the IV site after completion. Many people experience a “chill” sensation as the fluids are administered into the body which is completely normal.
Our IV drips start at $199. Each IV contains 1L of Lactated Ringer’s solution, providing double the hydration compared to the commonly used 500ml bags. Additionally, our vitamin-packed IV drips often contain twice the amount of vitamins compared to competitors, ensuring you get maximum value and benefits from every treatment.

We are 100% mobile. We love providing IV therapy in comfortable, private spots like your home, office, or hotel. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide services in places like restaurants, gyms, or retail stores unless we get prior approval. If you need a special location, please talk with your IV tech before booking. We’ll work with you to make sure everything’s safe and comfortable for you and our medical professionals.
The frequency of IV therapy depends on your individual health goals and needs. For general wellness and hydration, many people opt for treatments every two to four weeks. However, if you’re using IV therapy for recovery, immunity support, or a specific condition, you may benefit from more frequent sessions. Our team can help recommend a schedule that works best for you.

The first step is to have a quick phone call/consultation with our team to determine your goals and the best lab panel. Once we order the lab panel, you’ll receive a link to schedule your lab draw at a local Quest Diagnostics or an at-home lab draw
You can get your lab work done at an Quest Diagnostics location. At-home labs draws are also available for an additional fee.

Yes! After your bloodwork results are available, we’ll schedule a virtual appointment with our Nurse Practitioner to review your results, discuss your health and lifestyle, and make personalized recommendations for your health and wellness goals, including potential next steps or treatments when appropriate.
